Automatic rung cutting machine for ladders and stepladders Characteristics:   -Automatic loading of raw profile in 6 meter lenght; -Traction and feeding in the defined lenght by HMI; -High speed cutting by disc saw; -Separation of cutted profile and scrap.

Fast and high quality production method. Characteristics: - Tube automatic feeding; - Tube punching with and without internal mandrel; - Tube end forming; - Tubes assembly by multi-crimping process to avoid welding.
