RMA - Orbital riveting automatic machines for aluminium and steel profiles Characteristics:   High production volume; Capability to change the riveting head for other profiles shapes (circular, rectangular and custom deign shapes); Width open and closing size programmable in HMI for the automatic adjustment to different profiles length.

Optimization of machining process for higher output volume and quality.

SRM - Semi automatic machine for multi-punching and profile cutting lenght cutting. Characteristics: - Manual or automatic profile feeding; - Multi punching tool with several punching and notching operations according customer product; - Profile disc saw automatic cutting tool according configured length; - HMI programming for multiple length configuration.   Applications: - Ladders, stepladder and scaffolding industry - Window and door framing - Other general industry that operate with aluminium profiles.  

PHF - Hydraulic press for operations of punching and cutting in aluminium or steel  profiles.

Dimensional control jig for automotive parts. Developed and produced according part drawing.

LTA - Automatic transfer line to execute operations of double deformation for automotive parts Characteristics:   Automatic gravity feeding; Triple head pick and place to transfer the part along the several stations; Double head deformation hydraulic tool; Special hydraulic unit with working pressure up to 300 bar; Automatic parts extraction; Production cycle time of 9 seconds.

Riveting assembly bench Riveting assembly bench   Characteristics:   -Ergonomic assembly bench for riveting operation; -POP riveting gun ready to use and suspended by weight balancer; -Poka-yoke jig for multiple sheetmetal parts product configuration; -Parts and rivets detection to assure the correct and complete rivet application; - HMI control and process display.   Applications:   -General industry where repetitive and high volume operations of riveting and components assembly require a working station.

Installation of 9 machines in Brazil to new client. With this Dinâmica reach a number of 37 machines in the Brazilian market in a period of 5 years.
