EEV - Shaft extraction equipment
This equipment has the objective of collecting a square shaft from a vertical press after the deformation.
The extraction of the shaft is guaranteed by a flat belt conveyor that pushed the shaft outside the press. The velocity of the conveyor is synchronized with the cadence of the press.
The shaft is pushed to a free roll conveyor with a sensor at the end. Once the shaft reaches the sensor a pneumatic cylinder moves it to an accumulation zone on the lateral side of the conveyor.
The packing quantity is assured by a sequence counter that indicates the operator the correct quantity for the transport box.
