MMO - Microwave pick and place
This developed equipment help the handling of the microwave packaging at the end of the production line. Due to the weight and dimensions of the product this solution helps the task of the operator and allows a decrease in the production cycle time. The manipulation is done in a semi-automatic mode. Is the responsibility of the operator to activate the cylinders via a manual joystick to perform the loading and unloading at two different levels.
The vertical movement is provided by two pneumatic cylinders operating in tandem configuration. The suspension of the microwave is done by 5 suction caps attached to a vacuum unit. The control and management of equipment is ensured by a HMI console.
